Why the Page Rank of Your Twitter Page matters

Twitter Today when i woke up and logged in to my twitter account (yes that the first thing I do nowadays) I saw an update from a guy i follow, he was talking about how to increase your twitter profile’s page rank, initially I did not understand the point of it, I mean why would you increate your twitter profile page tank, it’s only your profile on twitter, whatever gain it will be, it will be to twitter and not to you.

Later, I remembered that Twitter pages are now indexed in search engines also. This means, page rank of pages will affect in Indexing of pages in Google Search Engine. Now here is what you can benefit from it, there are several services like Sponsored Tweets that pay you to tweet. The price of your tweets depends on the number of followers and indexing of your status.

Average rate for a tweet is $1, few big names who have got a large number of followers earn up to $1000 from sponsored tweets. also as you can use 140 characters, this save a lot of effort in writing.

PS: This is my conclusion that it helps you make money from tweeting if you have a higher page rank, however, I did not have any talk with Google, Twitter or Sponsored Tweets people
